In 2013, Omega launched a re-edition of the first Speedmaster chronograph model, which dates back to 1957. The Swiss Omega replica watches has been very successful thanks to its classic look combined to the excellent Co-Axial calibre 9300.
Two years later, at Baselworld 2015, Omega presented an updated version of the Speedmaster ’57 so demonstrating a relentless product enhancement effort.
The 2015 edition of the Speedmaster ’57 maintains a 41.5 mm diameter with a polished and brushed stainless steel casebody that is complemented by its brushed bezel with tachometer scale. The case offers water resistance to 10 bar (100 metres / 330 feet).

Alpha-shaped hands are used in the small 60-minute and 12-hour recorder at 3 o’clock and the small seconds sub-dial at 9 o’clock.
